Soup/creamybrocolli Cream of Broccoli Soup

8oz dry mix package. EXAMPLE SHOWN PREPARED. Creamy Broccoli Soup 1/2 heaping cup Creamy Broccoli Soup 2 1/2 cups water or milk Mix liquid with soup mix in saucepan. Using a wire whisk stir well while bringing the mixture to a boil (to prevent scorching). When it starts to boil, reduce heat & simmer 3-5 min. Remove from heat and cover for 5 min to allow vegetables to completely hydrate. Serve.

1/2 lb dry mix package. EXAMPLE SHOWN PREPARED. Chunky Potato Soup 3/4 heaping cup Chunky Potato Soup mix 2 1/2 cups water or milk Combine liquid & mix well with wire whisk. Bring to boil while stirring constantly (to avoid scorching). When soup begins to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat, cover and let steam 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups. Options: Add diced ham or crumbled bacon.

Stir frequently and reduce heat to a low boil. Simmer for 5 min., cover and remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes. Serve. Option: Add leftover chicken or turkey as well as cooked vegetables or frozen peas.

Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 min. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 5 min. to allow onions to fully hydrate. Serve. Options: Place toast or croutons in bowl and cover with shredded cheese, then hot soup.
